Insurgents Attack Police Outpost In Nimroz, Killing Six Soldiers
KABUL: (Middle East Press) A number of insurgents have reportedly attacked a military outpost and clashed with Afghan security forces in southwestern Nimroz province on Sunday, officials said.
Mohammad Hashem Noorzai, Governor of the province said, the incident took place in Khashrood district in which at least six Afghan soldiers were embraced martyrdom and three others sustained injuries.
However, he did not provide further details regarding the incident.
No group including the Taliban group has yet claimed responsibility behind the attack.
