Infiltrated Police Kills Two Taliban Insurgents, Rejoins Security Ranks
KABUL: (MEP) Two Taliban insurgents have been killed by an infiltrated soldier who had crept in among them in Qaisar district of Faryab province.
Sultan Faizi, head of the press office and communications of Abdul Rashid Dostum, first vice-president said the soldier after killing two insurgents rejoin the ranks of the security forces Saturday evening.
He wrote on his Facebook page, the solider had been joined to Taliban insurgents after gaining their trust and was among them for four days.
According to Faizi, the two insurgents were killed yesterday evening.
Taliban insurgents have not commented regarding the report so far.
