Four Terrorist Network Detained In Nangarhar
KABUL: (MEP) At least four terrorist network that include 19 militants, were arrested by National Directorate of Security (NDS) officers in Kandahar province.
The militants were planning to carry out terrorist attacks in parts of the province, a statement by NDS said on Tuesday.
The statement adds that the intelligence officers also seized 7 pistols, 1 Improvised Explosive Device, 200 kg of explosives, 142 mine fuses, 500 meters of explosives strip from the detained militants.
The report comes as yesterday four insurgents have been arrested from Helmand province and 14 children and teenagers were released from their prison.
