Explosion In Parwan Kills Seven Civilians
MEP: As a result of a roadside bomb explosion in Sayyed Kheyl district of Parwan province, seven civilians died.
Mohammad Zaman Mamozai, police chief of Parwan told the Middle East Press the incident happened at around 1:30 pm on Tuesday in the region of Ancho.
He said the incident arose from a roadside bomb explosion on a vehicle and a motorcycle of local residents who were heading towards a wedding ceremony.
In the explosion, five passengers of the car and two passengers of motorcycle have been killed.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack.
