Deadly Car Blast Kills 7, Injures Dozens in Helmand Province

KABUL: (Middle East Press) At least seven people were killed and more than 41 others were wounded following a deadly car bomb explosion in Helmand province.

KABUL: (Middle East Press) At least seven people were killed and more than 41 others were wounded following a deadly car bomb explosion in Helmand province.

Pacha Gul Bakhtyar, Security Officer of the provincial police headquarters of Helmand province said the incident took place on Wednesday morning in Lashkargah city of Helmand province.

Bakhtyar added that all of the victims of the blast were civilians.

The injured ones have been transferred to the nearby hospital.

Spokesman of Taliban militants, Zabiullah Mujahid, has claimed responsibility behind the fatal attack.
