At least 118 Taliban Militants Killed in Afghan Military Operations
KABUL: (Middle East Press) 44 Taliban militants were killed during separate Afghan military operations in the past 24 hours across the country, Ministry of Interior said on Wednesday.
A statement issued by the ministry, states that at least four Afghan National Army soldiers were also martyred due to a landmine explosion.
The statement however did not release information regarding the exact locations of the operations.
According to the statement, at least more than 74 other militants were wounded during the operations.
Afghan National Army have also discovered and defused around 21 Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).
