Armed Men Kidnap School Principal in Herat

KABUL: (Middle East Press) Gunmen have reportedly kidnapped the vice-principal of a Meer Sadat High School in western Herat province of Shindand district Tuesday, officials reported.

The officials said that the reason behind the abduction is still unclear but an investigation was launched into the incident.

Abdul Wakil, police chief of Shindand District said no suspects has so far been arrested regarding the kidnapping.

Herat is one of the provinces which was witnessing severe kidnapping during the latest years.
