All Students will have Access to Schoolbooks in New Year

He declared that recruitment of thousands new teachers been prepared, and in this series, at least 10,000 people have been succeeded at Administrative Reform commission`s examinations and will soon be hired as teachers.

Ghani stated that in five years, all teachers will have higher education. During this period, approximately 100,000, fourteen-grader teachers will receive bachelor degree in service, with a total of 57,000 twelve-grader attending service teachers, will reach fourteen grade.

According to the President, for the current year, 115 schools in 9 provinces will be connected to the Fiber Optic Network in the first stage, and in the next step 1290 schools will be connected to the Fiber Optic Network. As a result, the field for creating computer labs will also be encouraged.

He also emphasized that quality of education was not considered to be essential, and it is obviously essential that our focus will be on the quality of education.

The president’s remarks came at a time when fewer of his promise of education in the past year has implemented, or the initial work has begun, like promise of the construction of 2,000 schools, of which only more than 100 has begun.
