Al-Nusra Plans to Reactivate Dormant Groups in Iraq

KABUL: (Middle East Press) One commander of Jabhat al-Nusra group announced that they plan to activate those inactive groups in South and Middle Euphrates in Iraq.

According to the report, Al-Nusra Front aims to start activities from Syria to Iraq through Jund al-Islam (Soldiers of Islam), and this is while ISIS announced its firm opposition to this plan and it has threatened Jund al-Islam not to establish any cooperation with Al-Nusra Front.

Also at the beginning of this year, a secret meeting was held and the Libyan commander of Jund al-Islam, Abo Habash has tried to establish allegiance with Marwan Mohammed, Tunisian commander of ISIS with such project that didn’t apparently succeed.
