Afghanistan And Pakistan Oath To Stand Against Terrorism Together

KABUL: (Middle East Press) General Raheel Sharif Chief of Army Staff (COAS) visited Kabul on Tuesday and said that Afghanistan’s enemy is also Pakistan’s enemy.

KABUL: (Middle East Press) General Raheel Sharif Chief of Army Staff (COAS) visited Kabul on Tuesday and said that Afghanistan’s enemy is also Pakistan’s enemy.

He met the Afghan president Mohammad Ashraf Ghani as well as CEO Dr Abdullah Abdullah.

During his meeting with Ghani, both the leaders pledged support to each other in their fight against terrorism and vowed to restrict the use of their soil against each other.

Both countries also agreed to continue the ongoing operation against rebels in their respective countries.

General Raheel also met with Afghan CEO Dr Abdullah Abdullah who acknowledged the overall positive trajectory in bilateral relations.

Abdullah also talked about progress in border management and intelligence sharing.
