12 Police Officers Killed in Taliban Complicated Attack in Baghlan
KABUL (MEP) – At least 12 policemen, including a top commendar were killed in a Taliban complicated attack in Khwaja-Alwan area in Pule-Khumri.
The attack occurred last midnight on a mission in Khwaja-Alwan area in Pule-Khumri, sources told MEP.
According to him, 11 police officers, including their commander were killed in the attack.
Meanwhile, Baghlan’s chief of public health, Mohebullah Moheb, says seven bodies and two wounded have been transferred to the Pul-e-Khumri Central Hospital.
According to him, wounded are in critical condition.
The armed Taliban have not commented so far.
