President Ghani Heads to Pakistan
Nearly a week after the visit of political leaders to Pakistan, Afghan President takes off to Islamabad at the head of a high-ranking delegation.
Mohammad Ashraf Ghani, visited Islamabad today (Thursday, June 27) after Pak PM formal invitation, Middle East Press reports.
Presidential Palace (ARG) released a newsletter saying, “President Ashraf Ghani will have full discussions with the Pakistani officials on regional ties, trade and transit, security and peace.”
The Afghan President heads to Islamabad, while a few days ago, a number of political leaders visited Pak with the invitation of Pakistani FM.
Peace and mutual issues between two countries were among the purposes of Afghan leaders visit to Pakistan.
