War of words between Trump and Merkel in NATO/ Germany`s embassy targeted in Kabul!
Only some days had passed by the war of words between Trump and Merkel, as the leaders of two powerful members of NATO, in NATO general assembly in Brussels when Germany embassy was hit by a strong explosion in Kabul.
Trump and Merkel in the NATO annual assembly in Brussels, where the US newly elected president had attended for the first time, expressed concern about their respective countries responsibilities.
Merkel said: “America is not a reliable ally anymore and Europe has to forge its own path!”
In G7 summit, leaders of the seven leading industrial countries, held in Italy, tensions between the Trump-led USA and Europe was vividly revealed, with Trump’s refusal to reaffirm US support for the Paris climate change agreement and NATO issues beyond all disputes.
“We have a MASSIVE trade deficit with Germany, plus they pay FAR LESS than they should on NATO & military. Very bad for U.S. This will change,” Trump tweeted to respond Angela Merkel
Trump`s tweeted answer as a strong reaction showed America pays large portion of NATO and now that Europe is willing to forge its own path, needs to spends more on NATO.
Just some days after the tension between leaders of the two powerful countries of the world, Germany embassy was hit by a strong explosion in Kabul.
The bloody car bomb attack left a massive casualties: 80 killed, more than 350 wounded and parts of Germany`s embassy and the other neighboring buildings destroyed. Some Germany`s embassy guards were also seen among the victims of the incident.
Taking the recent tension between Trump and Merkel into consideration, one can ask many questions: Is this dispute correlated to suicide attack near Germany embassy in Kabul?
What role NATO leaders can have in Afghanistan events and changes while NATO as the main colleague of Afghanistan at counter terrorism has given lots of victims and spent a lot?
As a well-known fact all politics and military experts know most of foreign countries having forces in Afghanistan follow their interests in insecurity in Afghanistan to prevent war and instability reach their respective countries.
Kabul explosion once again proved Afghanistan serves as a backyard for regional and world superpowers to play their games of saber-rattling, fight against terrorism is just a symbolic motto!
Daesh terrorist group which, based on some evidences, is remarkably financed by the Saudi Arabia has taken the responsibility of Kabul explosion; The Saudi Arabia has recently singed a big military contract costs billions of dollars with America according to which the Saudi Arabia buys modern war weapon from the USA. Trump in his latest trip to Saudi Arabia was also welcomed warmly. So, putting all these chess pieces together it is possible to say Daesh is tool in America`s hands to follow its master`s interests and plans as it is dictated!
As usual, the recent explosion in Kabul, although has raised many big questions, will be buried under the establishing of watch dog groups whose results will never be released and families of wounded and survivals of this attack will gain nothing.
