Iran, Afghanistan to Enhance Trade, Economic Relations

5734244cd5cbca691c4a3f4f28cf9e7f_XLKABUL: (Middle East Press) The condition for enhancing trade and economic relations between Iran and Afghanistan is conducive than in any time, and both sides have to avail opportunity to boost cooperation, this was stated by Reza Karim Zada the commerce attaché of Iran embassy to Afghanistan here yesterday.

In meeting with Mohammad Tawfiq Dawari the deputy to the chamber of commerce and industries of Afghanistan, Karim Zada said that a 16-member delegation of Iranian businessmen are visiting Afghanistan to exchange views with officials here to boost trade and economic relations, adding the situation for investment in Iran by Afghan businessmen and trade is suitable.

Afghanistan imports good from Iran worth 1.7 billion US dollars annually, while its export to Iran is 50 million US dollars.

Afghan official in the meeting said that Afghan government would encourage Iranian businessmen to invest in Afghanistan.
