_79946030_79946029KABUL: (Middle East Press) The Deadly explosion in Khost province has been strongly condemned by United Nations (UN) in which at least 33 people have lost their lives and over 10 others wounded.

Nicholas Hysom, UN Diplomat to Kabul said in a statement that on behalf of the United Nations in Afghanistan, he has announced deep condemnation over yesterday’s suicide attack in Khost Matun city.

The fatal explosion took place near a military check post where Afghan and foreign soldiers are stationed in the provincial capital of Khost close to Iftar time on Sunday.

Women and children were also among the victims in the bloody bombing.

However, no group has still claimed responsibility behind the attack.
