Three Haqqani Network Suicide Planters Arrested In Kabul
MEP: The National Directorate of Security (NDS) arrested a group of three suicide planters belonging to the notorious Haqqani terrorist network in capital, Kabul.
A statement by NDS said the group was arrested during a special operation after they were planning to carry out deadly suicide attack in and out of the city.
The Afghan security forces seized 8 Improvised Explosive Device, a pistol and 11 mobile phone sets from the suspects, the statement added.
However, the exact location of the arrest was not determined.
The terrorists were identified as Muzammil son of Alam-u-deen, Yasser son of Aziz Rahman and Enayatullah son of Nematullah.
The development comes as three days three kidnappers and murderers have been arrested from Aibak city, the capital of Samangan province.
