Eight Suicide Bombers Killed In Own Attacks

Suicide BombersKABUL: (MEP) At least eight suicide bombers armed with explosive vests were killed before reaching their targets in Kunduz province.

A statement by Ministry of Interior said the terrorists were killed this morning in Nahr-Kohna village of Dasht-e-Archi district after their embedded-vests of explosives detonated.

The suicide bombers were on their way from the district to carry out deadly attacks inside the city when killed in their own plot, the statement added.

According to the Ministry of Interior intelligence, the terrorists were belonged to Mullah Wali terrorist group, one of the Taliban commanders.

According to another report, two local Taliban commander, yesterday as a result of clashes with police in Shigal district of Kunar province, were killed.

National police forces had no casualties in the conflict.

Taliban rebels have not commented on the issue, but clashes have been reported in a number of provinces.
