Daesh; in Afghanistan, from Rumor to Reality!

KABUL: (Middle East Press) “Daesh” or the Islamic State of Iraq ISIS terrorist phenomenon who emerged in Iraq and Syria less than half a decade and now has become an actual threat to all the Middle East and the neighboring countries in the Middle East.

Since the beginning of the groups’ activities can be heard from all the corners of Afghanistan as well, these days.

Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin at a meeting with Former President of Afghanistan Hamid Karzai in Moscow, had also defined “Daesh” a major threat to Afghanistan and the borders of Russia and the countries in the Russia’s magnetic field namely Asia.

However, the emergence of “Daesh” in Afghanistan just a couple of months ago was called to be a rumor by security sources, but today is an undeniable reality in the country as well as achieving a wide range of activities in a number of provinces.

While “Daesh” was still not taken seriously in Afghanistan, president of Russia said that the Islamic State has begun its missionary and recruitment activities in 25 provinces of Afghanistan.

Daesh trans-regional phenomenon?

However, based on common constructivism in Afghanistan, “Daesh” was defined as a terrorist group which was originally formed in Syria and the groups’ mission was also defined in the Middle East, many regional politicians, especially Afghan politicians did not show maintenance over this crisis but efforts and related events to the group in Afghanistan show that “Daesh” is a phenomenon beyond the borders of the region.

Ahmad Sayyedi, political expert of Afghanistan and the region, has defined “Daesh” a program organized by the US based on huge financial support of Saudi Arabia, Qatar and other Arabic countries in the Middle East and the region.

Sayyedi said “Daesh” was considered to be the first project in the Middle East as Bashar al-Assad collapse, later the function of Iraqi was defined. But since Iran was immediately entered the case and prevented the development of the purpose of the project in the Middle East and has caused the conflict to be prolonged in the Middle East, the opposite was expected. This means that the interests of America by “Daesh” project in the Persian Gulf counties have been compromised. Therefore it’s considered that “Daesh” is slowly changing its mission.

Central Asia a Mission on Daesh Agenda;

Mr. Sayyedi in an interview with middleeastpress said: “Daesh should now leave the Middle East slowly because mercenary countries such as America, Saudi Arabia and Qatar are in peril and should head to the Central Asian countries, I believe that what is happening in Kundoz, Kundoz for the terminal to be elected by the west for its strategic goals.”

According to Sayyedi, Daesh is now willing to occupy Nangarhar, Nuristan and Kunar, and to keep Khost, Paktia and Paktika for Haqqani, submitting South West to Taliban and to insecure the North by various terrorist groups including “Daesh”. Nuristan and Badakhshan provinces as well as an atrial drugs and terrorism have been selected for Central Asia so that they can grant “Daesh” financial support.

Mr. Sayyedi defines contrary of the views of “Daesh” politicians in Afghanistan because of the religious traditions and says if an Arab speak of gold and wine in front of Afghan people, is taken wrong on the Holy Quran. Therefore “Daesh” with Arabic roots, has transnational and traditional religious culture existence motivations in Afghanistan is more likely even to the Taliban who only had ethnic religious motivations.

According to Sayyedi, Pakistan has also executive role in “Daesh” project in Afghanistan, while “Daesh” has recently called Taliban responsible for ISI in Afghanistan. Meanwhile he expressed disappointment regarding any kind of sincere cooperation against America to “Daesh” in Afghanistan and says we -Afghanistan- ally of America, not mercenaries of America.

Sayyedi said Iran is the second mission for “Daesh” that Iran in phase has shown the issue of its nuclear industry with the courage against “Daesh”, but if the mission is called “Daesh” rule out, mission in the Central Asia to be completed, then it will turn to Iran.

But he announces a new military cooperation between Russia and India against terrorism in the region near the recent opportunities.

In the meantime, Rahmatullah Nabil, the head of the Afghan National Security in the questioning meeting in the House of Representatives, has considered the next months as tough months for the Afghan people and the nation’s armed forces.

According to Nabil, the next three to four months will be the most challenging months for the armed forces in Afghanistan and dangerous months for its people. Because all the terrorists will be used their military capabilities in the upcoming months in order to challenge the government and the people of Afghanistan.

But he assured that the country’s security forces are able to control all military activities of terrorist groups across the country. But undoubtedly difficult days await for the security forces of the country.

Concealment of Facts and Information;

He has also stated of murdering a former Taliban commander “Mullah Abdul Rahim Khadim” in Helmand province who had recently announced allegiance to “Daesh” adding that another commander of “Daesh” Abdul Qahar among with his five colleagues have been arrested in “Achin” district.

Mr. Siddiqui also defines “Daesh” as a new serious threat against the Afghan National Security and states that a special group of Afghan National Security is formed to fight against “Daesh”.
