KABUL: (MEP) Moments before an explosion rocked near the Pakistani Consulate in Jalalabad city, the provincial capital of Nangarhar province.
The attack took place Wednesday morning around 9:30am.
Security forces have not commented on the report so far. However, it’s said that a number of people were killed and injured in the blast.
