Atmar: China’s Military Aid Is Continued Trust To Afghan People

82135214-70839101MEP: Mohammad Hanif Atmar the National Security Advisor, said China’s first military aid to the Afghan government and the Afghan people represents the country’s continued trust to our people.

The first contribution of Republic of China was submitted today to the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.

Based on the source, this assistance includes military equipment, weapons, ammunition and scanners attempt to use the four gates of Kabul city.

During receiving the military aid, Atmar praised the Chinese government and considered its aid as the beginning of a joint program to combat terrorism.

“The assistance reflects the common understanding of China and Afghanistan in the fight against terrorism; since this phenomenon knows no limit and has threatened the whole region” said Atmar.

Atmar added the assistance from China, NATO, the United States and India showed great trust and solidarity and sympathy with the people of Afghanistan.

National Security Advisor stressed the aid will be used in improving the combat capabilities of the Afghan National Army (ANA) and Afghan National Police (ANP).

According to him, as promised by China, the country’s aircraft transfer will soon arrive to the security forces.

This comes as a while ago Russian military aid shipments containing tens of thousands of Kalashnikovs had been submitted to the national security forces in the country.

It’s worth mentioning that India also aided security forces with several airplane wings.
