Afghan Forces Kill Two ISIS leaders in Nangarhar
KABUL: (Middle East Press) Afghan forces launched military operation against The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) in which two leaders of the terrorists group were killed in eastern Nangarhar province.
The incident took place in Chaparhar District Monday night, said General Fazal Ahmad Sherzad, the provincial police chief of Nangarhar province.
During the operation, one of the militants was also wounded and six others arrested with eight different types of weapons, Sherzad added.
The extremists group however have not commented regarding the report so far.
