Nine Heroin Factories Burned In Nangarhar’s Khogyani
MEP: The Afghan Special Forces launched an operation in Khogyani district of eastern Nangarhar province, as a result nine factories of heroin were destroyed.
Ataullah Khogyani, Nangarhar governor Spokesman told the Middle East Press, the operation was conducted last night in Landi Kambo region.
He said 9 factories of Heroin have been discovered and destroyed.
Khogyani did not provide details on whether any suspect was arrested in connection with the Heroin factories.
According to another report, police in Baghlan province, seized 10 kg heroin from Doshi district.
Mahfozullah Akbari, a spokesman for police in the northern zone said the material was embedded in a Corolla type vehicle that the driver has been arrested.
