Nangarhar Police Arrests 14 Suspects Including 2 ISIL Commanders
KABUL: (Middle East Press) Up to 14 people have been arrested including two Islamic State or (Daesh) Takfiri militants by national security forces of Nangarhar province in separate cases in past three days.
Ahmad Zeya Abdulzai press in charge of Nangarhar said eight mine planters, two suspects of smuggling drugs and two commanders of Daesh were arrested.
According to the source, the detainees were responsible for the construction and installation of magnetic mines in the province, several remote control mines, grenades and six weapons were also seized by security forces from the smugglers.
