Armed Men Gunned Down Baghlan Chief Military Attorney
KABUL: (Middle East Press) Unknown gunmen have reportedly gunned down Baghlan’s Chief Military Attorney Sayed Munawar Shah Tuesday morning, officials said.
Dr. Abdul Alem Ghafari, deputy head of the public health department said, the incident took place in Pul-e-Khumri, the capital of baghlan province, when gunmen opened fire on Sayed Munawar Shah while he was on his way to his office.
This comes only a day after a top government official as targeted in a similar attack in southern Kandahar province.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack.
