KABUL: (Middle East Press) A suicide attack in southern Zabul province left at least two civilians dead and eleven others wounded on Monday.
According to officials, the injured included seven civilians and four policemen.
Ghulam Sakhi Roghlewanai, Zabul’s police chief says the target of the suicide attacker was the vehicle of the Security Officer Ghulam Jailani Farahi.
Roghlewanai added that Security Officer escaped unhurt from the attack which took place around 10:00AM.
No group has so far claimed responsibility but Taliban insurgents usually claim responsibility for attacks on security forces.
