Vehicle Plate Thieves Arrested In Kabul
KABUL: (MEP) The National Directorate of Security (NDS) have arrested two suspected thieves involving in vehicle plates from the 8th police district in Kabul city.
A statement by NDS office said, the suspects were detained after they were busy stealing the plates in the 8th police district of the city.
The suspects have been identified as Safiullah son of Jan Agha and Jalaluddin son of Abdul Ghafar who have confessed that they were placing their mobile numbers by stealing the registration plates and were returning the plates by receiving money from the owners of the vehicles, NDS added.
According to the source, 10 registration plates were obtained of the detainees.
