U.S. To Deploy 100 Fresh Troops In Afghanistan
KABUL: (MEP) The United States of America announced that about 100 fresh military will soon leave for Afghanistan.
The move by the US military government comes as Taliban insurgents emphasized on the ‘complete withdrawal of foreign forces’ in order to participate in peace talks.
Central military region, “Kentucky” said in a statement that about 100 US troops from ‘Fort Knox’ camp will soon enter Afghanistan.
According to the statement, the mission of the unit is to assist and support other forces, inspection, clearance operations and disabling mines.
Last week, the US had also deployed a number of the 82 Airborne Battalion troops from ‘Fort Bragg’ camp in Afghanistan.
The troops are part of the NATO-led mission in Afghanistan and will work with other 10 thousand American military.
The America’s 82 Airborne Battalion is member of the country’s military and the operation under the name of ‘Parachute’ launch in impassable areas.
David Wonder Wonder, US Special Forces commander said the military mission in Afghanistan is of particular importance and are divided into small batches to send email.
