MEP: The Afghan special police forces on the fight against drugs have discovered and destroyed two factories production and processing of heroin during two special operations in Khogyani district of eastern Nangarhar province.
The factories were demolished on Sunday night in the village of Tarmi from which, 5,500 kilograms of opium, 10 kilograms of hashish, 10 kg of heroin, two generators, 24 billers and some chemicals that were used in the construction drugs obtained.
Security officials said drugs are obtained from the factories were burned.
Also in an operation certain parts Afghan National Police (ANP), Afghan National Army (ANA) and national security in the district of Deh Bala of Nangarhar province, a massive field of armaments maintenance of the armed Taliban, which has been used in terrorist attacks, discovered and destroyed.
During the operation, four terrorists were killed in clashes with security forces.
