The attack took place in Islamabad Bazaar area of Alishang District detonated on a police vehicle.
Sarhadi Zwak, spokesman for the governor of Laghman province confirming the attack said the victims included a policeman and a civilian.
No group has so far claimed responsibility behind the blast explosion however such incidents mostly carry out by Taliban militants.
