Two Commanders Of Haqqani Network Killed In Ghazni

MEP: The Ministry of Interior said six members of the Haqqani network, including two commanders were killed in an air raid conducted by Afghan security forces in Ghazni province.

The air strike was launched last night in Parcha area of Giro district, the Ministry added.

The two commanders were identified as Maulawi Rashid and Mullah Mohammad Gul Nafiz, according to a statement by the Ministry.

The Interior Ministry said the Haqqani commanders were planning and organizing terrorist attacks in Ghazni province that were destroyed along with a vehicle full of weapons.
