Kerry in two unprecedented trips succeed to establish the foundation settlement regime in the name of “National Unity Government” and made apparent compromise between the two sides.

Therefore, the power between two elected, “Ashraf Ghani” and “Abdullah Abdullah” is divided and the two have satisfied for 50-50 power share where Ashraf Ghani sworn in as President of Afghanistan and Dr. Abdullah as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

The formed agreement of the government was signed by the President and a number of bilateral programs included in it in order both sides share their power in government.

Things were progressing in the unity government and a year of effort and vibrant passed and agreed upon expectations as we approach the second year that the national unity government was the turning point, the executive officer to become prime minister but the process was delayed until after first centenary of the government, Kerry came back to Kabul and announced that the Executive Directorate will continue to work.

However, it was expected that Kerry’s remarks be a solution to problems with the government, but the initial alarm sounded by the representative of the United Nations.

Nicholas Haysom at the end of his mission in a report to the Security Council of the UN mission in Afghanistan said the national unity government to survive the year 2016 (1395) must pass five main obstacles “unemployment and low economic growth, continuing insurgency, political disruption on the rise, dependence on international financial support and difficult peace process. ”

Political Management in Afghanistan is probably more important because this challenge, makes it easier to pass the other tests.

According to Haysom, the political administration of the country is facing with the challenges posed of two-parted by the political elite and the erosion of the concept of national unity.

The alarm sound seemed slow at first, but sounded as if it was a bit late to be heard or even chorused the ears.

Although the relatives of Chief Executive Officer had criticized him of inefficiency and incompetence in the 50% rule he had obtained, but the problems were never cleared and were not explicitly stated.

But nearly a month left until a political settlement date (for the two years of government centenary and the completion time of this rule), chief executive abruptly changed the tone of his speech and pointed to problems within the government of national unity.

CEO Abdullah among a group of young people indirectly pointed out the existing problems between himself and the President and said “if any state has or has not coalition, there are discussions, but in the national unity government, this process does not exist”.

He said for three months, the President has not spoken with him on the issues and problems of the country, stated that “who does not want to discuss, does not deserve to be a President.”

The Chief Executive Officer on Saturday gathered his political allies in his palace and stressed on his recent remarks among them.

According to him, too much concentrating of power in the presidential palace has caused more problems and creation of a parallel government in ARG caused to be taken many competent from ministries.

Abdullah stressed that the Ministry of Foreign is one of the ministries that has been isolated by ARG and does not have jurisdiction.

Meanwhile, the President also said that Abdullah’s comments are far from the principles and spirit of governance.

However it is said that fresh tensions while much of the country has been at war and the Takfiri Daesh (ISIS/ISIL) terrorists are also more influence, causes the leaders to focus more on their personal problems than national interest.

Rhetoric stresses and posturing of the national unity government’s leaders, on the eve of the Brussels summit could be a factor for the isolation of Afghanistan, a country that until now has not been able to fulfill commitments on electoral reform.

On the other hand, it is believed that foreigners, especially America still have to solve the existing problems between the leaders of the national unity government and seek for a solution.

The issue that seemed faintly despite on Abdullah’s position and his political supporters, will turn the foundation of the unity government looser.
