Israelis offered it in June, 2014, during the meeting of Dore Gold, former representative of Israel to the United Nations and new Foreign Ministry director-general with Anwar Majed Eshki, a retired Saudi general and ex-adviser to Prince Bandar bin Sultan, prominent Saudi prince, in America’s Council on Foreign Relations meeting.

During the meeting, the Israeli side supported Saudi aggression on Yemen but also they expressed their concerns that why Saudi Arabia did not have any special achievement in this war.

And at the same time, Israel expressed its readiness to cooperate with Saudi military to employ Iron Dome missile system technology against Yemeni missile strike.

It is said that this suggestion was highly welcomed by Mohammad bin Salman Saudi deputy crown prince and defense minister who commands Saudi aggression on Yemen and he also has ordered to pursue the matter.

Further negotiations in order to implement this military agreement will be carried out on prince Walid bin Talal’s trip to Israel.
