Taliban Kills 6 ANA Soldiers in Zabul

KABUL (MEP) – MoD says that Taliban fighters attacked a security outpost in Arghandab district of Zabul province Sunday night, killing 6 Afghan National Army (ANA) soldiers.

The soldiers were killed when they were managing to push the attack back, according to Ministry of Defense.

Casualties feared on Taliban as well, sources added.

The attack comes at the same time when efforts are underway to launch the intra-Afghan Talks.

Meanwhile, 17 ANA soldiers were killed by the armed Taliban group in its first attack in new solar year in Zabul.
