Syrian Army Wards Off Israeli Airstrikes

KABUL (MEP) –The Syrian army’s air defense thwarted an Israeli missile attack early Sunday in Damascus.

The Syrian army air system repelled the Zionist regime’s missile attack on the Golan Heights early Thursday.

Local sources also said that Zionist fighters targeted areas near Damascus airfield.

On the other hand, Zionist Army spokesman has said that the Israeli army have carried out a series of airstrikes on Islamic Jihadist bases in Syria and various parts of Gaza.

The rockets failed to hit their targets, the SANA news agency reported.

The attack comes after missile attacks by al-Quds forces, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, on settlements around the Gaza Strip.
