Syrian Army Kills Scores Of Terrorists In Military Operations
KABUL: (MEP) Intense counter-terrorism operations have been conducted by Syrian National Army on Monday across the country, in which scores of terrorists have been killed.
The military operations were launched in Homs, Hama, Aleppo, Lattakia and Deir Ezzor provinces, SANA news agency reported.
The Syrian security forces could also managed to destroy several dens and positions of the rebels in the provinces.
Two positions for al-Nusra Front (Qaeda branch in the Levant) terrorists in Teir Ma’ale, of Homs were destroyed as well as killing and injuring many of them, according to source.
The source added that the army air force carried out raids on ISIL terrorists’ gatherings and fortifications at Teloul al-Soud and Palmyra vicinity in the countryside of Homs province.
Meanwhile, in the neighboring province of Hama, the Syrian army air force carried out sorties on the fortifications and positions of the so called “Jaish al-Fateh” terrorist group affiliated to al-Nusra terrorist organization in the northwestern countryside of Hama province.
The air force strikes resulted in killing 13 of Jaish al-Fateh terrorists in al-Latamneh town and destroying a number of vehicles some of which equipped with machineguns in Kefr Zeita city, 38km away from Hama city.
Separately, Units of the army, in cooperation with popular defense groups, clashed with terrorists from ISIL along Athria/Khanaser axis between Aleppo and Hama.
The clashes ended up with destroying 14 vehicles equipped with heavy machine guns and killing many of the mercenaries.
So on the brave army defeated the militants in Lattakia and Deir Ezzor provinces in which at least 60 members of the terrorists have been killed.
