According to local media, a suicide bomber and a car bomb blew up within minutes of each other at a bus station in the port city of Tartous killing at least 48 people.
In Jableh, the attacks took the lives of at least 53 people and left scores of others injured on Monday morning, the Syrian Observatory for Human rights said.
Over 50 others also sustained injures in multiple blasts, SANA reported.
Pictures circulating on social media appear to show plumes of smoke rising in Jableh, and several wrecked vehicles.
Islamic State (IS or Daesh) terrorist group claimed responsibility for the attack through one of its media arms, Amaq.
The death toll can be raised as many of the injured are in critical condition.
