Saudi Arabia Condemns US action of Recognizing the Golan
The US recognition of the Syrian Golan Heights under the rule of the Israeli regime led to the reaction of some countries, including Saudi Arabia.
According to international reports of Middle East Press; Saudi media reported that Saudi authorities condemning the Americas stance, have announced; based on International Resolution, the Golan Heights are Arab land and is occupied.
The Saudi authorities considered Washingtons decision violating the UN Charter and the Security Council resolutions.
The authority stressing that this move by the Trump government will have negative and harmful effects on the peace and stability in middle east, said; two sides are committed to respect the United Nations Charter and international law.
Meanwhile, the White House yesterday recognized Israeli sovereignty over the occupied Golan Heights.
