Russia’s Position On Iran’s Nuclear Program

KABUL: (Middle East Press) Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov while expressing hope for resolving the Iranian nuclear issue announced that he is opposed to International Atomic Energy Agency’s visit of all in secure military bases in Iran.

According to the Realnie Novosti Website, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Moscow is opposed to IAEA inspectors’ visit of any military bases and stressed that this issue is about Iran’s national security and could be expected to cause serious damage to it and the IAEA should suffice to visit of Iran’s nuclear sites.

Lavrov also said final agreement may be signed between Iran and P5 + 1 if the Western powers adhere to their commitments of the Lausanne deal and will not add new conditions.

Russian Foreign Minister stressed that Moscow is ready to help in resolving the problem of visiting the Iran’s nuclear sites and said: We have always tried to resolve this issue through dialogue and negotiation.
