Roadside Mine Kills Five Civilians In Kandahar

Kandahar province-Middle East PressMEP: Kandahar security officials in southern Afghanistan say a roadside bomb blast in the province, killed at least five civilians.

In addition five others wounded.

The blast took place on Tuesday morning in the vicinity of Daman.

According to reports a vehicle carrying civilians struck a roadside bomb in the district leaving at least ten civilians dead or injured.

The injured transferred to the nearby hospital.

There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack.
