Recep Tayyip Erdogan Arrives in Afghanistan

KABUL: (Middle East Press) The Turkish President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan arrived in Afghanistan on Saturday to meet the President Dr. Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai.

According to reports, Erdogan will sign mutual strategic assistance agreement between Kabul and Istanbul in his visit to Afghanistan.

He is also expected to install a road in western Kabul which has been constructed with the financial support of Turkey.

It is the first visit of the Turkish President to Afghanistan following the formation of the national unity government.
