Presidential Election Campaign Kicks Off
KABUL (MEP) – The presidential runners are entitled to the right of initiating their campaigns and go head for introducing their goals and action plans.
The presidential election campaign would start today Sunday, July 28, and will last for two months, Middle East Press reports.
During this time, presidential runners will announce their plans, goals and slogans to the people.
Presidential runners are allowed to spend more than AFN 400 million during their campaigns.
Electoral commissions have taken their readiness to oversee election campaigns, based on electoral law; pre-campaign struggles, disrespecting other candidates, campaigning in public summits, the destruction of rival’s competing ads, receiving foreign aid, and abuse of state facilities are considered as electoral violations.
