KABUL: (Middle East Press) President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani has travelled to Saudi Arabia Friday evening.
Spokesman for the president Ajmal Abedi has confirmed the president’s trip and said this is the third visit of Mr. Ghani to Saudi Arabia after the formation of the National Unity Government.
The purpose of the President’s visit to Saudi Arabia is not announced yet but it expected that he will discuss strengthening bilateral relationship with Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the new king of Saudi Arabia following the death of King Abdullah.
