Over 200 Afghan Border Police After Training Courses Deployed In Northeastern Provinces

Afghan soldiersKABUL: (MEP) Around 214 soldiers and border police of public order have been deployed in provinces of northeastern of the country after passing military training course.

Hijratullah Akbari, spokesman for Kunduz police chief said the soldiers had come from the north-eastern provinces to Kunduz training center.

The soldiers include 73 sergeants and 141 police border with four female police officers, he added.

According to Akbari, the four-month training of sergeants and the soldiers also passed a two-month training period and during this period, they have trained control of searches of vehicles and individuals, the correct use of military equipment, cast and proper use of various weapons in waging war, arrest of criminals, human rights and establish the identity of the suspects.

The graduation certificates of the soldiers were distributed by Brigadier Gen Habibullah Qapchaq, Deputy Zone of 808 Spin Zar and a number of other officials.

Kunduz police chief spokesman noted that the soldiers have been transferred to their respective provinces in order to have a role in securing the provinces.
