A Kam Air flight because of not having the Bamyan MP boarded was not allowed to land in Bamyan airport so it had to return to Kabul.
“Abdurrahman Shahidani, the Bamyan MP, missed the Kabul-Bamyan fight when the plane took off after it had waited for him for three hours” some official in Kam Air travel agency told to the Middle East Press
The source added Shahidani`s supporters blocked the Bamyan airport runway, didn’t let the plane land, it had to return to Kabul, took the MP boarded and flew to Bamyan again.
“Shahidani`s supporters had already stood at the runway when the flight was ready to land” said the source
As flights principles says all passengers must be ready for their flight 2 hours earlier but it seems in Afghanistan the MPs are exceptional to this laws.
MPs being bull has a long history: several times some MPs including female ones have violated laws; they have home prisons, created home courts and fired while being drunk at nights. That the government doesn’t take any measures to curb law-breaking MPs is a big question!
