Masked Men Kills 11 Members of A “Khanaqaa” Tribe in Capital Kabul

KABUL: (Middle East Press) Masked gunmen have reportedly attacked a temple known as “Khanaqaa” Bahadurya in western Kabul city killing its eleven members.

KABUL: (Middle East Press) Masked gunmen have reportedly attacked a temple known as “Khanaqaa” Bahadurya in western Kabul city killing its eleven members.  

According to Middle East Press news agency, the incident took place in “Khushal Khan” Area of the fifth police around 6:00 evening.

The interior Ministry officials have confirmed the attack saying eleven people were killed including the head of “Khanaqaa” who gathered at the site for worship.

Reports indicate that the armed masked assailants were fled the area after shooting and killing the eleven members.

It is said that the attackers were five.

The motive behind the attack is unclear so far however the security forces have reached the area and have launched an investigation in this regard.

No group including the Taliban militants has so far claimed responsibility behind the attack.
