Landmine Blasts Kills Two Civilians, Injure 16 in Urozgan
KABUL: (Middle East Press) A landmine explosion has left two civilians dead and wounded 16 others in the central Urozgan province.
The incident took place in Chamberg Kotal area of Dehrawoud District after the civilians vehicles ran over landmines around 11:00 am Tuesday, said Dost Mohammad Nayab, governor spokesman of Urozgan province.
Afghan forces have soon arrived at the scene and transferred the wounded to the hospitals.
No group or individuals has so far claimed responsibility for the attacks.
