Israeli Airstrike Kills Palestinian Islamic Jihad Commander in Gaza

KABUL (MEP) — Palestinian media have reported an Israeli air raid on Gaza that killed an Islamic Jihad commander along with his wife.

The airstrike was carried out last night on the home of Bahaa Abu al-Atta, one of the commanders of the Saraya al-Quds, a military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad in the Shejaeya neighborhood east of the city.

Islamic Jihad said al-Atta’s wife was also killed in the attack, adding that at least two others were wounded.

The Quds Force has announced that al-Atta’s death “will not go unpunished”.
