Israel To Build A Fence Along The Jordan-Israel Border

israelbfKABUL: (Middle East Press) According to a Reuter’s report, Israel’s security cabinet approved on a decision to build a fence along the Jordan-Israel border.

The first 30-kilometer-long segment of the fence will be constructed between Eilat and the future site of the Timna international airport.

Netanyahu announced plans years ago, but construction was postponed in favor of the Syria-Israel border fence.

Netanyahu said in a statement that the fence was a very important step and national interests.

According to Reuters, Israeli Cabinet approves plan to build fence along part of border with Jordan due to the concern of Iran’s support for the arming of the Palestinians in the West Bank.
