According to the report, informed sources from occupied areas by ISIL reported that the Supreme Council of ISIL ordered replacement policy of Syrian commanders with non-Syrian ones.
They decided to replace them with commanders from Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Libya, Chechnya, Egypt, Algeria, Jordan, Kuwait and Iraq.
It is said that they will send Syrian commanders to other countries or they will be deployed as ordinary forces.
This action aims to consolidate the position of ISIL and prevent possible instability due to Russian military attacks against them.
