ISIL Claims Responsibility for Karachi’s deadly Attack

KABUL: (Middle East Press) The Islamic State Takfiri group (ISIL) has claimed responsibility for an attack by gunmen on a bus that killed at least 43 Shiites Muslim in Pakistan’s biggest city Karachi on Wednesday.

“The gunmen stopped the bus and first fired at it from outside” said senior police official.

“Then they entered inside the bus and open fire indiscriminately. After that they checked to see if anyone was left uninjured.

It was the first official claim of responsibility by the ISIS leadership of an attack in the Afghanistan-Pakistan region.
